Jean Carlo Castillo is based in MacLeod and Co.’s Orange County Office. He specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial real estate and land sites in the Southern California market.

Jean Carlo runs point on business development, focusing on representing landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers, and investors in real estate transactions, taking a diligent approach on all assignments. Prior to his role at MacLeod & Co, Jean Carlo was a consultant at JD Power where he was an integral member of the Global Automotive Consulting Group. Tasked with advising on preproduction product launches for the likes of General Motors, Hyundai Motor Group, and Nissan Motor Co, he implements the same level of detail, execution, and professionalism at MacLeod & Co.

To date, Jean Carlo has transacted on approximately $160,000,000 of commercial real estate.

Jean Carlo grew up in Laguna Niguel, CA, and attended JSerra Catholic High School, where he was part of the varsity football team. He attended Loyola University Chicago, majoring in International Business and Marketing. Jean Carlo is an Eagle Scout and continues serving the community through his participation in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County. In his spare time, you can find him working out and spending time with family and friends.
